ED NOTE: This was going to be a series, but I never got around to it. Still, there is like, two paragraphs, so it must be published!
Ah Near Humans. Aka, the way to have unique Races without being something gorss and weird like aliens most likely are. I'm just saying, if we do find alien race, and they sort of look like us, while it does mean we would have a slightly better chance of surviving (humanoids don't kill humanoids!) , it would be disappointing. If we already imagined what the first race we run into, it would be sort of sad. Anyways, Near Humans are aliens that are like humans but not. Usually with one or two differences. Let's go at it eh!
Lashbee/Huhk
Cute little guys, combined with furry ogre things. Alright. So why the two names? Well, when they're growing up, they are called Lashbee. These guys are little civilizied nice dudes, weak, but good natured. Technologically weak, slightly feline, not all that bad. Those are the little guys.
The big guys? Well, when they go into puberty, they're unable to handle emotions (yes they can build cities, but can't handle emotions. Oh Star Wars and youth!). And when they can't handle emotions, Huhk get angry! Yep, they turn into mindless berserkers, ala Hulk, and they are, like original hulk, strong and stupid. Normally, one would make fun of Star Wars of being so unoriginal, but these guys were introduced in the Marvel Comic Book Series so you know, it's all good.
