The First Recap

Last time on Episode 3.5 Renaissance, Chapter 1: Naboo....

A group of Jedi (including Sarah's Ewok Ayla and her master Slados) are hiding on Tweed, capital of Naboo; Phil's character (A multi-arm Basilisk named Gorgon) is a new merchant that specializes in repairs/merchant stuff while Katya character's, A wookie merc named Atty, are also in town. Ayla is sent to meet with a contact (not important) setting up the storyline of essentially, the Galatic Republic has discovered about the Jedis there and plan to attack and that there is a legendary Sith Treasure on the nearby Maze of Lor (on Planet of Lor) that could help defend the planet. Ayla was then told as the 2nd part of her instructions to go the Black Squirrel (hosted by Poppin) to find some comrades. Meanwhile, while Ayla was killing time she helped Poppin hang out at the bar, and Gorgon helped repair a droid for the ambassador for the Gungans, meeting with soon to be assistant ally/engineer Indian Accented....crap I forget his name. Anyways, the three meet up cliche style at the bar, and Ayla decides to make the three meet with Slados, a Master of using the Force to Hide. Slados agrees to having the duo join on the journey. Gorgon also previously met Captain Telos, the number 2 to the commander of the mission, Commander Savaya, a loyal Naboo supporter.

The three go on the Jar Jar Binks (spaceship), and travel to Lor, along with Telos, Savaya, the immigrant engineer, red shirts and go through the maze as a team of three PCs and Telos, who got through wacky hijinks, until encountering a hologram (at the center of the Maze of Lor, (which changes after every time) the apprentice of Exar Kun, Ulic Qel-Droma, who notifies the team that the Silver Globe is a modified weapon of destruction that is destroys the souls of non-strong force adults (Golden Globe being Exar Kun's weapon to kill Force-strong kids). Ayla convinces the team, after much discussion and fighting of Battle Hydra (a two headed dragon essentially), to take it back to her Master Slados for further discussion. Gorgon is able to take the hologram of Ulic before it is destroyed, and spends some time in fixing him, though it is still not completely fixed at this point.

As the group takes the Solver Globe, a Sith weapon developed 4000 years ago and then sealed by Ulic for being too strong, the team try to escape but is the Republic, with a Star Destroyer, is there for ambush. The team is sent as decoys, and while Savaya escapes with the weapon, the team is captured. The team then breaks out of jail, although this is due to the politic manipulation of Vice Moff Argas Vicious, who kills Moff So Hai and puts the blame of the group, but allows them to escape. The team takes their decoy ship again, the BALL (heh), capture Lt. Victor Farsius, a C Tie Fighter Captain and apparent old friend of Gorgon.

The team crash onto Naboo and begins to sneak into the Capital Palace. The team runs into the ambassdor of the Gorgons escaping with other political leaders, but the ambassador, liking Gorgon, tells him of an escape vessel (this happens in a sewer). They then arrive at the place and it is here they find Jedi Rei Silva (Cathar) fighting for her life; Sathar, a Mon Calamari apprentice, dead; Slados injured; and Osthar (name check?) helping Savaya and the Queen activating the weapon by sending it to a ship into space with it. the team has numerous fights with both Stormtroopers and Naboo Guards, before finally getting to where the spaceship with the Silver Globe was. The team is able to stop the Silver Globe from being loaded to the ship, but to deactive it, Slados must sacrifice his life (Jedi 4000 years ago were pretty hard core apparently) and does so. The Queen escapes, and with stromtroopers, led by Moff Vicious, taking control, the team escapes, though not before taking Savaya (via KO), Victor Farsius and Rei Silva with them, along with Telos, the immigrant engineer, Gorgon's Droid (an R2 unit). The traitor Jedi is killed, FYI. The team, taking the Gorgon unusual ship (to be decided), go into hyperspace easily, but not find themselves with many, many questions to many many problems....
